Which client to pick
If you want the PC options Steam advertises (keyboard and mouse, 120 FPS), use Steam on Windows. Phone progress is supposed to follow you: both Steam’s about text and the App Store description say the same character moves across devices. Android players should install from Play. QooApp says the game checks the install source and that QooApp itself does not ship an APK for that reason.
File size on Android was not on the Play page I opened, so I am leaving it blank instead of guessing. iOS size is the 3.91 GB (3.64 GiB) figure from the App Store record.

Is the download free?
The Steam, Play, and App Store listings are free to install. They also disclose purchases. Play discloses ads.
Does progress cross platforms?
Steam and the App Store both say phone, tablet, and PC share progress. I have not moved a character myself.
Is it on the US App Store?
A lookup with country=us returned no result on 28 Oct 2026. Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia did return the app.
