When did the Philippines get it?

The SEA site and Thisisgame describe a 16 July 2026 full-platform opening, with Thisisgame adding 10:00 and a pre-download. I do not have a separate PH-only clock.

Is there a US server?

The US App Store lookup missed the app. Steam is a global store page with a 26 Jul field. An official server list was not public, so I will not name US servers.

When is the global version?

There is no single global date in the sources. Use the table and the store you can actually install from.
