In-game store and the OneOne page are the entrances I can tie to a publisher page. Rates are not published, so I do not invent them.

Order of channels

  1. The shop inside the game, or the store you installed from.
  2. OneOne top-up, linked from the publisher newsletter.
  3. A partner only when a dated announcement names it.

Match the character id before you pay. A seller who asks for your password or a one-time code is outside every safety list I read.

Is there a Philippines top-up partner?

RTNW records an SM Malls Online × OneOne promo that ended 31 Aug 2026, once per UID, inside the SM Malls app. I am not extending that date.

What about GOCstar?

The name appeared in a search title. The page itself was blocked. Unverified, so it is not a recommendation.

How fast does a top-up arrive?

No official timing table was public. I will not guess minutes.
