The directory describes the Headquarters limitation as an unavailable Map / SceneArea / Scene binding. That describes its data linkage, not official player access. A shared Kafra name is insufficient to merge these destinations.

Prontera has a portal named Kafra Shop, reference ScenePortalConfigTable:6, at X 492, Y 108, Z 524.2. Its destination is map 301, with arrival point X 14.8, Y 108, Z 7.48.

Use that reference only when the objective actually names Kafra Shop. It is not a verified entrance to Headquarters. A generic Kafra service or shop pin cannot establish a Headquarters quest route. The coordinates describe a catalog portal, not live navigation.

1. Keep the full quest title and current objective together. A map name alone does not identify the quest stage.
2. Compare the full destination name: Headquarters, West Branch and Shop have distinct records.
