MML codes: music notation and RONW compatibility
MML refers to music notation in the linked player documentation. No RONW-compatible song code or import workflow has been verified in the public sources checked for this page.
Last checked: 2026-10-28. Game build: not established in the cited public sources; dated snapshots are identified below.
Music scores are different from redeem codes
If you want gift rewards, use the redeem-code tracker. A music score is notation for a player or sequencer; a gift code is a string accepted by a game's reward system. Similar search wording does not make them interchangeable.
The verified RONW update describes Bard, Dancer and Alchemist arriving with the September content update. A musical class name alone is insufficient evidence for a player-song editor, an import button or a supported score format.
A real MML example with an explicit boundary
The open-source FlMML on HTML5 project includes this short example in its playback instructions:
L8 O5CDEFGAB<CIt is a compact note sequence provided for FlMML playback. It is not a RONW song code, a redemption code or a claim that the RONW client will accept it. The project links its own demo and sequencer documentation, making it a useful place to inspect the source format without confusing it with game support.
What a useful RONW score listing needs
- Target game and region: explicitly Ragnarok: The New World, not another Ragnarok title or another MMO.
- Format and destination: the documented notation dialect and where that game accepts it.
- Revision and constraints: a dated source for character limits, tracks, instruments and supported commands.
- Actual score provenance: an identifiable creator or public original, rather than a song title attached to an unrelated string.
These are comparison criteria for assessing a listing, not claims about RONW's current controls. None of the checked sources supplies that full compatibility chain.
Available references and remaining gaps
For notation playback, FlMML provides its source, a demo and sequencer documentation. For the game update, the OneOne newsletter confirms the new classes. For RONW rewards, use the separate code tracker.
Verified RONW score strings: none established here. Import menu, track limit, command set or accepted file extension: not established. Publishing a recognizable song name with invented notation would not resolve those gaps, so this page provides a real external format example and the specific evidence needed to establish compatibility.
Questions people actually search
Can I paste these MML notes into RONW?
No RONW import compatibility is established here. The example comes from FlMML documentation and is explicitly for that player.
Does the Bard update confirm an MML importer?
No. The checked newsletter confirms the class update, but does not establish a score-import workflow or syntax.
